Who is responsible

The data controller for the data requested on this site is Sneakfly Studio S.A.S. Silent Nova Games is its trade name.

For any question about this policy or your data, write to us at silentnovagames@gmail.com.

What data we collect and through which channel

The site has channels where you type your data and an automatic technical log.

  • Inquiry form (/en/contacto): full name, email, company, country, project type and stage, target platform, target date, how you heard about us and your project pitch. Optional fields can stay empty. It goes to a studio-owned Google Form; the submission first passes through a small piece on our hosting that only forwards it to Google and stores nothing.
  • Partnership form (footer of /en/contacto): name, email and message. It is received by Web3Forms, which forwards it by email to the studio, and it is protected with hCaptcha.
  • Job applications (footer of /en/contacto): the link opens a studio-owned Google Form that asks for your CV and portfolio. What you upload there is received by Google and managed by the studio.
  • Server logs: the server that hosts the site (Hostinger) may record technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, the browser and the date, under its own policy.

What we use it for

We use the form data to reply to you, assess your project or partnership proposal and, for job applications, consider your profile.

Who receives it

Inside the studio, the secretary, the owners and the business development team can access the responses and the notification email.

In addition, these third-party services process data on behalf of the site:

  • Google: Forms and Sheets (receive and store inquiries and applications), Gmail (the notice to the studio) and Google Fonts (receives the IP address of whoever visits the site, because the typeface is downloaded from Google).
  • Web3Forms: receives the partnership form.
  • hCaptcha: checks that whoever submits the partnership form is not a robot and, for that, sees technical browser data and the IP address.
  • YouTube (enhanced privacy mode): on each game detail page the trailer is served by YouTube, which sees the IP address.

How long we keep it

Inquiries sent through the contact form are kept for 24 months from the last contact. CVs sent through job applications are kept for 12 months. Once the period ends, they are deleted from the spreadsheet.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask for access to your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to silentnovagames@gmail.com.

Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the control authority of Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, handles complaints from people whose rights are affected by a breach of data protection rules.

This site does not use its own cookies or analytics tools. The third-party services named above may use theirs, under their own policies.

Services outside Argentina
